Delve is seeking a Field Marketer to lead in-person events and community engagement. You'll design and execute high-impact marketing strategies to enhance brand presence across various segments. This role requires strong event management and community-building skills.

Who you are
You have a proven track record in field marketing, with experience in planning and executing successful in-person events that drive brand awareness and customer engagement. You thrive in dynamic environments and enjoy building relationships with founders, operators, and senior buyers. Your ability to navigate ambiguity and take ownership of projects sets you apart. You are comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams, including growth, partnerships, and customer success, to turn in-person interactions into valuable business opportunities. You are not afraid to be in the ecosystem multiple nights a week, engaging with the community and representing Delve at various events.
Desirable
Experience in the tech or compliance industry is a plus, as is familiarity with startup ecosystems. You have a knack for creative marketing strategies that resonate with target audiences and can adapt your approach based on feedback and results. A background in community management or brand marketing will help you excel in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own Delve's in-person events and conferences, planning and executing a variety of gatherings, including dinners, workshops, and partner events. You will develop and implement a comprehensive conference strategy, managing sponsorships and ensuring that Delve's presence is impactful and memorable. Your responsibilities will include building and nurturing communities of founders and operators, fostering long-term relationships that contribute to Delve's growth. You will collaborate with the growth and customer success teams to leverage in-person interactions for pipeline development and brand equity. Success in this role is measured by the outcomes of your events and the strength of the relationships you cultivate.
