Metronome is seeking an Implementation Manager to oversee the technical and project management aspects of the customer lifecycle. You'll work closely with sales, growth, product, and R&D teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and satisfaction. This role requires strong project management skills and technical acumen.

What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the implementation of Metronome's billing platform for new customers. You will work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation. You will coordinate with product and R&D teams to address any technical challenges that arise during the onboarding process. Your role will involve creating project plans, setting timelines, and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on objectives. You will also be responsible for training customers on how to use the platform effectively, ensuring they can leverage its features to meet their business needs. As part of the professional services team, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the implementation process and customer experience.
