What you'll do

In this role, you will reimagine, automate, and optimize the full go-to-market (GTM) motion for Decagon. You will work closely with the Revenue Operations team, which combines strategic thinking with high-velocity execution to support leadership in achieving operational goals. Your responsibilities will include building custom solutions that enhance the GTM process, analyzing data to drive insights, and collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment and efficiency. You will take ownership of the GTM infrastructure, ensuring it meets the needs of the organization and contributes to its success. You will also be involved in identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes that drive better outcomes for the company and its clients.

The compensation for this role ranges from $185,000 to $235,000 OTE, plus equity, reflecting our commitment to attracting top talent.
