Who you are

You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in conversational AI or related fields. Your proven track record of shipping impactful features in fast-paced environments demonstrates your ability to drive product success. You possess strong communication and relationship-building skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Math, or equivalent technical experience, is preferred. Experience working at a startup or high-growth company is a plus, particularly in an enterprise B2B product context.

What you'll do

As a Product Manager at Decagon, you will own initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and scoping to launch and adoption. You will work closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to ensure the platform is robust, scalable, and user-friendly. Your role will involve defining the product foundation that every Decagon customer uses to build and run their AI agents. You will be responsible for conducting user research, analyzing market trends, and defining success metrics to guide product development. Additionally, you will coordinate with stakeholders to align product strategies with business goals, ensuring that the product meets the needs of diverse customer segments.
