What you'll do
As the Senior Director of Customer Strategy and Operations, you will own the strategy and operational cadence for Decagon's Customer organization. Your role will involve partnering closely with go-to-market, product, and engineering teams to implement operational rigor that supports the company's growth and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for overseeing deployment execution and ensuring that the operational systems in place can scale effectively as the customer base expands. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the efficiency of customer operations and enhancing the overall customer experience.
