What you'll do

Join Decagon's Agent Engineering team and take complete ownership of building and shipping AI agents that redefine customer experiences. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems. Your role will involve direct interaction with customers to gather feedback and iterate on your designs, ensuring that the AI agents you create deliver magical support experiences.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the AI agent platform, focusing on performance optimization and reliability.
