What you'll do

As a Staff Software Engineer on the Agent Orchestration team, you will own the long-term architecture of Decagon’s agent platform. You will lead large, multi-quarter projects that shape how Decagon agents plan, decide, and take actions across millions of interactions. Your role will involve coordinating model reasoning and ensuring that agents behave reliably in real customer environments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive the development of innovative solutions that redefine customer experiences.
