Who you are

You have experience in customer onboarding and a strong understanding of HR and payroll systems — you've successfully guided customers through complex processes and ensured their satisfaction with the services provided. Your fluency in Japanese allows you to communicate effectively with clients in the APAC region, fostering strong relationships and trust. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent problem-solving skills, enabling you to address customer inquiries and challenges promptly. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the onboarding experience and improve customer retention.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they have a seamless experience as they integrate Deel's platform into their operations. You will conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to help customers understand the features and benefits of the platform. Collaborating with the product and engineering teams, you will gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the development of training materials and resources. Your role will also involve monitoring customer satisfaction metrics and implementing strategies to enhance the onboarding experience.
