You have a strong background in customer success or onboarding, ideally within a SaaS environment. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to manage customer relationships effectively and ensure a smooth onboarding process. You are fluent in Korean, which allows you to communicate effectively with clients in the APAC region. You understand the importance of customer satisfaction and are committed to helping clients achieve their goals with Deel's platform.

You possess excellent communication skills and can articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Your ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs is crucial in this role. You are proactive in identifying potential issues and are skilled at providing solutions that enhance the customer experience. You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for guiding new customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to utilize Deel's platform effectively. You will work closely with clients to address their questions and concerns, providing them with the resources they need to succeed.
