You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders, including HR, finance, and operations. What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for improving the HR experience for employees at Deel. You will work closely with the HRIS team to ensure that the systems in place are user-friendly and meet the needs of employees across different regions. You will also collaborate with payroll and compliance teams to streamline processes and ensure that all HR functions are compliant with local regulations.
