Who you are
You are a detail-oriented individual with a strong foundation in front-end development, particularly with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. You have experience or a keen interest in working with Shopify and understand the importance of providing excellent customer support. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to assist merchants in integrating and optimizing their storefronts. You are proactive in seeking solutions and enjoy problem-solving, ensuring that merchants have a smooth experience with the Okendo platform.
Desirable
Experience with Shopify integrations or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus. Familiarity with coding practices and a willingness to learn more about front-end development will help you excel in this role.
What you'll do
As a Technical Support Specialist at Okendo, you will be responsible for providing responsive and effective chat and email support to merchants during their onboarding and post-installation phases. You will complete onboarding tasks that involve front-end development on Shopify storefronts, including installing Okendo widgets and performing feature setup steps. Your role will also include customizing widgets, addressing front-end bugs, and ensuring high-quality work by adhering to Okendo's guidelines and coding practices. You will collaborate with other support team members to assist with their questions and tasks, contributing to the overall success of the customer support function.
