Deel is seeking a Lead Product Designer to enhance their all-in-one payroll and HR platform. You'll play a crucial role in shaping user experiences and driving design innovation. This position requires strong design skills and experience in product design.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in product design, with at least 5 years of experience creating user-centered designs for complex digital products. Your portfolio showcases your ability to translate user needs into engaging and effective design solutions. You are proficient in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and you have a strong understanding of design principles and methodologies. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products. You are passionate about creating inclusive and accessible designs that cater to diverse user groups. You stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking to improve your skills and knowledge.
Desirable
Experience in SaaS products is a plus, as is familiarity with user research and usability testing. You have a keen eye for detail and a strong aesthetic sense, ensuring that your designs are not only functional but also visually appealing. You are comfortable presenting your ideas and designs to stakeholders and can articulate your design decisions clearly.
What you'll do
As the Lead Product Designer at Deel, you will be responsible for leading the design efforts for our payroll and HR platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative design solutions that enhance user experience.
