You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality products. You are passionate about creating inclusive and accessible designs that cater to diverse user groups. You stay updated on industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking to improve your skills and knowledge.

Desirable

Experience in SaaS products is a plus, as is familiarity with user research and usability testing. You have a keen eye for detail and a strong aesthetic sense, ensuring that your designs are not only functional but also visually appealing. You are comfortable presenting your ideas and designs to stakeholders and can articulate your design decisions clearly.

What you'll do

As the Lead Product Designer at Deel, you will be responsible for leading the design efforts for our payroll and HR platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative design solutions that enhance user experience. Your role will involve conducting user research to gather insights and inform design decisions, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, and ensuring that the final product meets user needs and business goals. You will mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence within the team. You will also participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers, helping to elevate the overall quality of design work across the organization.
