What you'll do

As the Lead Product Designer at Ripple, you will take charge of the design strategy for onboarding experiences, ensuring that new customers feel welcomed and engaged from their first interaction. You will lead design discussions and workshops, facilitating collaboration among cross-functional teams to align on goals and strategies. Your role will involve conducting user research to gather insights that inform your design decisions, allowing you to create intuitive and effective onboarding flows. You will work closely with the UX Research team to validate your designs through user testing, iterating based on feedback to continuously improve the user experience.

You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining design documentation, ensuring that design specifications are clear and accessible to all team members. Your leadership will guide the design team in developing a cohesive visual language that reflects Ripple's brand identity while enhancing usability. You will mentor and support junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation within the team.
