Who you are
You have a strong background in product design, with a focus on creating user-centered experiences that leverage AI technologies. Your experience includes leading design projects from concept to execution, ensuring that the final product meets both user needs and business goals. You excel in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to deliver innovative solutions that enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
You possess a deep understanding of design principles and methodologies, and you are proficient in design tools such as Figma. Your ability to think critically about product design challenges allows you to propose effective solutions that align with the overall product vision. You are also skilled in conducting user research and usability testing to inform your design decisions, ensuring that the products you create are intuitive and effective.
What you'll do
As the Product Design Lead at Superside, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the design of our AI-driven creative platform, Superspace. You will work closely with the Design Director to establish design standards and best practices that elevate the quality of our product experiences. Your responsibilities will include leading design workshops, mentoring junior designers, and collaborating with product managers to define the user experience strategy.
You will be responsible for creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate your design ideas. Your role will also involve iterating on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and users, ensuring that the final product is both functional and visually appealing. You will leverage your expertise in design thinking to drive innovation and improve the overall user experience across our platform.
