You have a proven track record in product management, particularly in the SaaS industry, with at least 7+ years of experience leading product teams and driving product strategy. Your ability to understand market needs and translate them into actionable product features is exceptional. You possess strong leadership skills, enabling you to inspire and guide cross-functional teams towards achieving common goals. You are data-driven, using analytics to inform decisions and measure success. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Desirable
Experience in payroll or HR technology is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-powered tools and global compliance regulations. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining focus on long-term objectives.
What you'll do
