Who you are
You have over 5 years of experience in business development or a related field, demonstrating a proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing partnerships. Your strong analytical skills allow you to assess market opportunities and develop strategies that drive growth. You are a self-starter with ambition and drive, capable of working independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Your excellent communication skills enable you to build relationships with partners and stakeholders at all levels. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable navigating the complexities of the APAC market. You are passionate about the audio industry and understand the dynamics of subscription services.
Desirable
Experience in the audio or technology sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with the APAC market. A background in sales or marketing can also be beneficial, providing you with a well-rounded perspective on business development.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and drive the growth of Spotify's Premium distribution partnerships across the APAC region. You will identify potential partners, negotiate agreements, and manage relationships to ensure mutual success. Your work will directly impact subscriber growth and engagement, making your contributions vital to Spotify's mission. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing and product, to align partnership strategies with overall business objectives.
