What you'll do

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Audit and Reporting team, you will be responsible for architecting and developing features that enhance the Delinea Identity Security Platform. You will collaborate with product managers and designers to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Your role will involve writing clean, maintainable code and conducting code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.

You will also be tasked with optimizing existing systems for performance and scalability, ensuring that our platform can handle increasing loads while maintaining high availability. Your contributions will directly impact the security and efficiency of our services, helping organizations manage identities effectively.

In addition to development work, you will participate in troubleshooting and resolving production issues, working closely with the operations team to ensure smooth deployments. You will mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their roles. Your insights will be valuable in shaping the technical direction of our projects and improving our development processes.
