What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for managing relationships with key partners and ensuring they derive maximum value from Delinea's identity security platform. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to address customer needs and provide feedback for product improvements. Your role will involve conducting regular check-ins with partners to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling additional services. You will also be tasked with developing training materials and resources to help partners understand the full capabilities of the platform. Additionally, you will monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to keep Delinea at the forefront of identity security solutions.
