You have a strong background in payment technology and possess the ability to navigate both technical and business contexts — your experience allows you to serve as a trusted resource for enterprise partners. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are solution-oriented, always looking for ways to solve complex problems across cross-functional teams. Your project management skills are top-notch, enabling you to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring operational success. You are a natural communicator, able to engage effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike. Your passion for technology and problem-solving drives you to deliver exceptional results for your partners.
Desirable
Experience working with ISVs, Acquirers, and Resellers is a plus, as is familiarity with global initiatives in the payment technology space. A background in technical advisory roles will enhance your ability to succeed in this position, as will any certifications in project management methodologies.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the end-to-end operational success of assigned partners, acting as both a technical advisor and delivery lead. You will engage with enterprise partners to understand their needs and ensure that solutions are delivered effectively and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include managing project timelines, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring that all technical requirements are met. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that arise during the project lifecycle, leveraging your technical expertise to find solutions quickly. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives forward and ensure alignment with business goals. You will also be expected to provide regular updates to stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress and any challenges encountered.
