What you'll do
In this role, you will be the go-to expert for NetSuite billing, responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of customer invoicing and account configuration. You will architect and implement solutions that streamline billing processes, ensuring that transactional fees and SaaS subscriptions are accurately processed. Your role will involve auditing existing processes and making recommendations for improvements to enhance efficiency. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that the billing system integrates smoothly with other operational systems. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the complete credit note lifecycle for our global customers, ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded accurately. You will also play a key role in training and supporting team members on the NetSuite platform, sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
