You have a strong background in API support and technical project management, with experience in managing integrations for both small businesses and large enterprises. Your ability to communicate effectively with developers and partners is key to ensuring a seamless integration experience. You are proactive in identifying potential issues and providing solutions that enhance the developer journey. Your expertise in API documentation and support processes allows you to guide partners through certification workflows efficiently.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that integrations are successful and meet the needs of both the business and its partners. Your analytical skills help you assess the effectiveness of API support initiatives and make data-driven decisions to improve processes. You are adaptable and can manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all partners receive the support they need in a timely manner.
What you'll do
As a Senior API Support Specialist at Deliverect, you will be responsible for managing the technical support for partners integrating with our API platform. You will act as the primary point of contact for API-related inquiries, providing guidance and support to ensure successful integrations. Your role will involve creating and maintaining API documentation, as well as developing training materials for partners to facilitate their understanding of our platform.
You will also work closely with the Enterprise Delivery team to identify areas for improvement in the API support process, implementing changes that enhance the overall experience for partners. Your contributions will directly impact the stability and growth of our North American partner network, as you help streamline certification workflows and ensure high levels of satisfaction among our developer community.
