You have experience in account management, particularly with small to medium businesses, and understand the nuances of building strong relationships with partners. You are skilled in strategic planning and can independently resolve day-to-day issues while seeking guidance for more complex challenges. You have a proactive mindset, always looking for key focus areas and growth opportunities within your portfolio.
You are adept at communicating with partners through various methods, including voice, video, email, and site visits. Your ability to balance competing priorities and focus on performance indicators makes you an ideal candidate for this role. You are committed to ensuring that partners receive the best possible support and operational experiences.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a large portfolio of small to medium restaurant partners. You will lead the day-to-day management of these accounts, interacting with partner stakeholders to drive core business performance. Your responsibilities will include negotiating and developing long-term account plans to foster partner growth. You will work closely with partners to implement scalable solutions that improve their business performance.
You will proactively identify inefficiencies within your portfolio and implement dedicated campaigns that drive improvements. Building ongoing relationships with partners will be crucial, as you will need to communicate effectively to help them understand how to grow their business using Deliveroo's platform. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that SMB partners get the most out of the services offered, and you will report to the SMB Team Lead.
