What you'll do
As an SMB Account Manager at Block, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of small to medium-sized business accounts. You will work closely with merchants to educate them on Square's products and services, ensuring they are maximizing the value of our solutions. You will provide tailored business advice, helping merchants navigate their unique challenges and identify opportunities for growth. Your role will involve regular check-ins with clients, addressing their needs, and introducing them to new features that can enhance their operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless experience for our clients and contribute to the overall success of the Account Management team.
