Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, economics, or a related field, which has equipped you with a solid foundation for understanding the dynamics of small and medium businesses. Your experience with Excel and Google Sheets allows you to analyze data effectively and make informed decisions. You are a fantastic communicator with a 'get it done' mindset, well-organized, and capable of driving yourself to meet targets and objectives every month.

You thrive in a role that requires building strong relationships with partners, and you enjoy being on the ground, organizing proactive face-to-face meetings with restaurant accounts. Your ability to resolve day-to-day issues independently, while seeking advice for more complex problems, sets you apart as a reliable partner for your accounts. You are proactive in identifying focus areas, growth levers, and inefficiencies within your portfolio, driving scalable actions and implementing solutions that benefit both Deliveroo and its partners.

What you'll do

As an SMB Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of small and medium restaurant accounts located in the UAE. Your primary focus will be to maintain and grow relationships with these partners, ensuring they operate with brilliant basics and execute joint initiatives that drive sustainable growth. You will lead actions to improve the performance of your partners, supported by the broader team, and directly manage accounts on a case-by-case basis to unlock critical value improvements.

You will proactively diagnose, resolve, and report on key performance KPIs of your assigned account portfolio, ensuring that each partner is set up for success. Your role will involve cross-selling and upselling Deliveroo's key services, helping partners maximize their potential on the platform. You will work closely with various stakeholders within Deliveroo to align on strategies that enhance partner performance and satisfaction.
