Overview

Deliveroo is hiring a Client Partner for their Strategic Partnerships team to lead account management for FMCG partners. This role requires strong strategic thinking and creativity to build new processes and partnership models.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in account management, ideally within the FMCG sector, and possess strong strategic thinking skills that allow you to navigate complex business challenges. Your creativity and commercial acumen enable you to identify growth opportunities and develop innovative solutions that drive long-term value for both Deliveroo and its partners. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are energized by the prospect of building new processes and models from the ground up. You are a natural leader, capable of guiding and mentoring a team of Senior Account Managers while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Desirable

Experience in consultancy-style account management is a plus, as is familiarity with the advertising landscape. You are curious and innovative, always looking for ways to improve and optimize partnership strategies. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels will be key to your success in this role.

What you'll do

As a Client Partner at Deliveroo, you will lead a newly established team focused on strategic partnerships within the FMCG sector. You will be responsible for shaping the direction of this function, building processes and playbooks that enhance account management practices. Your role will involve deep consultancy-style engagement with high-value partners, focusing on strategic growth and long-term value creation rather than high-volume campaign management. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Commercial for Global Grocery to ensure alignment with overall business objectives and drive impactful results.

You will also be tasked with developing joint business plans with partners, identifying opportunities for collaboration, and ensuring that Deliveroo's advertising solutions meet the unique needs of each partner. Your strategic insights will guide the team in delivering exceptional service and fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will play a critical role in driving the success of the CPG Strategic Partnerships team, contributing to Deliveroo's mission of transforming the way people shop and eat.
