You have extensive experience in managing partnerships and business development, particularly within the grocery and retail sectors. Your ability to build long-lasting relationships with brands is complemented by your strategic thinking and negotiation skills. Your leadership experience includes coaching and developing team members to achieve high performance and engagement.

You understand the dynamics of the grocery and retail landscape in Ireland and are passionate about creating value for both Deliveroo and its partners. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey strategies and updates to senior leaders within the organization. What you'll do

In this role, you will own the new business go-to-market strategy for the grocery and retail verticals in Ireland. You will be responsible for pitching, negotiating, and onboarding new partners onto the Deliveroo platform, ensuring that they are set up for success. Collaborating closely with product, marketing, operations, and tech teams, you will define and execute launch plans that enhance brand visibility and growth.

You will manage an Account Manager within your team, providing coaching and development to ensure high performance. Your role will involve stakeholder management, ensuring that senior leaders are informed about the Ireland position and can support the overall commercial strategy. You will also be responsible for contract negotiations, working to agree on terms that unlock mutual value for both Deliveroo and its partners.
