Who you are

You have at least 3 years of experience in account management or sales, demonstrating strong P&L knowledge and negotiation skills. You excel in building lasting relationships and have a keen understanding of how to leverage data-driven insights to support restaurant partners effectively. Your ability to analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement sets you apart in this role.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to deliver the best consultancy services to top restaurant brands. Your passion for the restaurant industry and commitment to partner success drives your approach to account management. You are adaptable and enjoy navigating the challenges of a growing market.

What you'll do

As an Account Manager at Deliveroo, you will manage a portfolio of restaurant brands, focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships within the network. You will monitor and analyze performance metrics, sharing insights with partners to identify areas for improvement and enhance their satisfaction. Your role will involve negotiating contract terms and conditions to align with company goals and improve financial performance.

You will plan and execute portfolio strategies aimed at increasing performance and loyalty, positively impacting both absolute metrics and market share. Your responsibilities will also include controlling the perimeter P&L, identifying opportunities and risks to ensure the success of your accounts. You will collaborate with various internal departments to provide comprehensive support and consultancy services to our partners.
