You have experience in business development or sales, ideally within the foodtech or related industries. You are comfortable with cold calling and have a proven track record of building relationships with clients. You possess strong communication skills and can present services clearly and convincingly to potential partners.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by achieving targets and driving growth. You enjoy working autonomously and are proactive in identifying new business opportunities. You are adaptable and can tailor your approach based on the needs of different stakeholders.
What you'll do
As a Business Development Manager at Deliveroo, you will play a crucial role in expanding our presence in France. You will prospect and develop new business relationships with restaurants, utilizing both phone outreach and in-person meetings. You will maintain a consistent cadence of calls to ensure a robust pipeline of prospects.
You will spend a minimum of three days a week in the field, meeting with restaurant owners to identify new opportunities and strengthen local ties. Your ability to present Deliveroo's services in a clear and professional manner will be key to your success in this role.
You will manage negotiations with potential partners, ensuring that both parties find mutually beneficial terms. Your efforts will directly contribute to Deliveroo's growth and success in the competitive food delivery market.
