Who you are

You have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a client-facing consulting or marketing role, demonstrating a blend of business acumen and creativity. Your strong project management skills allow you to prioritize tasks effectively, maintain momentum, and develop timelines while engaging stakeholders with empathy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for both internal collaboration and external client interactions. You thrive in dynamic environments and are adept at building relationships with both internal teams and clients.

What you'll do

As a Business Development Associate at IDEO, you will work closely with leaders to respond to client demand and streamline business development processes. Your responsibilities will include designing and delivering compelling presentations and proposals that articulate IDEO's value to clients. You will coordinate client interactions, manage scheduling, and oversee the signing of legal documents. Additionally, you will assist senior business development leaders in creating systems that support scalable business development efforts within the San Francisco studio. You will also engage with the leadership team to explore innovative ways to foster client relationships and deliver value. Analyzing market signals and utilizing tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator will be part of your role to identify opportunities for business development activities.

What we offer

IDEO is committed to equitable compensation, with a salary range for this role between $80,000 and $90,000 USD. As a full-time position, you will be eligible for comprehensive employee benefits.
