Job Description
Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience in a startup or corporate environment focused on business development. While HVAC experience is preferred, it is not required. You possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, which enable you to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities effectively.
You are a motivated and self-starting individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and OEMs is crucial for driving Voomi's growth. You are comfortable presenting progress to senior leadership and board members, showcasing your results and insights.
What you'll do
In this role, you will identify, develop, and maintain relationships with suppliers and OEMs, focusing on selling Voomi's business. You will hit onboarding goals, including qualified leads and closes, while also establishing KPIs to measure the success of your business development activities. Collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams, you will identify high-value revenue opportunities with strategic partners.
You will create and maintain a robust pipeline of business development opportunities, ensuring that progress is prioritized based on impact and feasibility. Your contributions will directly influence Voomi's growth trajectory as you help shape the future of how HVAC professionals and DIYers source products.
