You have extensive experience in managing partnerships and compliance, particularly in a service-oriented environment. You are a strong communicator, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Public Affairs, and Rider Services. What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the management of the contractual relationship with rider partners in France, ensuring that all riders are onboarded smoothly and comply with company standards. You will oversee service quality and implement strategies for fraud prevention and incident management. Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with various teams to safeguard Deliveroo's operational capabilities and reputation. You will also be responsible for mentoring your team, helping them grow in their roles while ensuring that the rider experience is seamless and positive. You will report directly to the Head of Operations in France, providing insights and updates on rider services and compliance metrics.
