What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with the Rider Marketing Manager to implement all digital communications aimed at riders. You will lead projects that enhance the effectiveness of our communications and develop the content strategy independently. Your responsibilities will include designing the communication strategy across various social media channels, ensuring consistency with the brand strategy and visual identity guidelines. You will also ensure the operational execution of campaigns through our CRM tools, collaborating closely with stakeholders from Operations, Marketing, and central coordination teams. Monitoring performance, improving communications, and implementing tests will be key aspects of your role. You will proactively analyze existing processes and suggest improvements to enhance overall effectiveness.
