You possess strong analytical skills and are adept at leveraging consumer insights and internal data to inform decision-making β you understand how to optimize user acquisition and engagement strategies effectively. What you'll do
In this role, you will build, develop, and lead a diverse team of experienced professionals focused on shaping the future of Uber Mobility in France. You will continuously optimize the core engine of rider growth by driving new user acquisition and enhancing the rider experience through innovative strategies and initiatives.
You will collaborate with various teams across Uber, including Operations, Business Development, Marketing, Policy, Legal, Product, and Engineering, to ensure alignment and execution of consumer strategies. Your ability to manage relationships with third-party partners will also be crucial in driving the success of the rider operations.
You will be accountable for the commercial and operational success of the rider dimensions of the France Mobility business, ensuring that the volume of consumers using the Uber app grows alongside their engagement frequency. Your role will involve setting clear objectives, measuring performance, and making data-driven adjustments to strategies as needed.
