Deliveroo is seeking a Digital Media Manager to support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing activities. You'll work closely with local and global teams to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition. This role requires a strong background in digital marketing and media strategy.

Who you are

You are a highly motivated marketer with a passion for digital marketing, growth, and e-commerce. You thrive in fast-moving environments and are comfortable with ambiguity, demonstrating an entrepreneurial spirit in your approach to brand building. With experience in digital media planning and execution, you understand how to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition through effective marketing strategies.

You have a strategic mindset for solving business challenges and enjoy experimenting and iterating on marketing campaigns. Your ability to collaborate with local and global teams, media agencies, and cross-functional stakeholders is key to your success. You are detail-oriented and proactive, always looking for ways to optimize campaigns and improve performance.

Desirable

Experience with loyalty programs and customer retention strategies is a plus. Familiarity with various digital marketing channels and tools will enhance your ability to contribute effectively to the team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support the planning and allocation of digital media budgets, working closely with local media agencies and the global performance marketing team. You will contribute to the implementation of multi-channel media strategies, coordinating with both local and global agencies to execute integrated brand and growth campaigns. Your proactive approach will drive tests and continuous fine-tuning of campaigns to ensure maximum effectiveness.

You will collaborate with local and global brand teams to secure effective creative production that aligns with campaign goals. Additionally, you will act as a point of contact for SEO initiatives, working with the central team to ensure best practices are followed. Your role will involve analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions to optimize future marketing efforts.
