What you'll do
As an Operations Specialist at Deliveroo, you will oversee a cluster of grocery and retail sites, acting as the operational lead to ensure all locations meet performance KPIs and follow standard operating procedures. You will manage a team of Senior Operations Associates and Operations Associates, driving performance consistency and execution across your assigned sites. Your role will involve scaling new launches and collaborating with the central operations team on strategic projects aimed at enhancing operational capabilities.
You will be responsible for identifying improvement opportunities and implementing best practices to optimize site performance. Your analytical skills will be crucial in monitoring key metrics and ensuring that all stores deliver exceptional results.
