Who you are
You have a strong background in procurement and sourcing, with experience in developing and executing strategies that optimize cost structures and improve product quality. You understand the intricacies of supply chain management and have a proven track record of building and maintaining supplier relationships. Your analytical skills allow you to leverage large datasets to identify opportunities for cost reduction and continuous improvement.
You are adept at vendor selection and management, ensuring that the suppliers align with company values and performance expectations. Your negotiation skills are top-notch, enabling you to secure favorable terms and manage contracts effectively. You are also experienced in budgetary planning and have a keen eye for identifying areas for cost savings.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take full ownership of assigned categories, developing and optimizing the supply network to enhance efficiency and reduce risks. You will refine and implement sourcing strategies that align with the company's goals, ensuring that the supply chain operates smoothly and effectively. Your responsibilities will include managing cost savings initiatives through strategic sourcing processes, ensuring that budget targets are met.
You will play a key role in SKU ideation and onboarding, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support innovation and new product development. Your ability to analyze market trends and supplier performance will be crucial in driving continuous improvement and identifying best practices within the sourcing process.
