Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales management, ideally with experience in the food delivery or hospitality sectors. You understand the intricacies of managing a sales team and have a knack for motivating others to achieve their targets. Your commercial acumen allows you to structure complex deals and negotiate effectively, ensuring that your team can secure the best partnerships with local restaurants. You are proficient in Salesforce and can leverage it to track performance and provide insights to your team. You are a natural leader who role models best practices and fosters a collaborative environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Sales and work closely with Regional Directors to ensure your team's success. You will manage a team of Field Sales Executives, guiding them in mapping, prospecting, pitching, and closing deals with high-potential restaurants. Your responsibilities will include providing direct support in-the-field, helping your team to sign compelling proposals and navigate complex negotiations. You will also collaborate with commercial teams to translate local knowledge into actionable strategies, ensuring that your team aligns with regional goals. Regular training and feedback will be part of your routine, as you help your team develop their skills and achieve their sales targets.
