Teya is hiring a Field Sales Manager to lead a team of Business Development Executives and Managers in London. You'll focus on empowering small and medium businesses with innovative payment solutions. This role requires strong leadership and sales experience.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales management, ideally within the payments or software industry — you've successfully led teams and driven growth in competitive markets. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you thrive on developing talent and fostering a high-performance culture.

You understand the challenges faced by small and medium businesses and are passionate about providing them with the tools they need to succeed — your experience has equipped you with insights into how to effectively engage and support these businesses.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate the value of Teya's offerings to both your team and clients — you are adept at building relationships and creating a supportive environment for your team.

What you'll do

As the Field Sales Manager, you will lead a team of 5-10 Business Development Executives and Managers across North London — your primary focus will be on coaching and developing your team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the Head of Field Sales to strategize and implement effective sales initiatives that align with Teya's mission to empower local businesses.

You will be responsible for setting clear performance expectations and providing ongoing feedback to your team — your leadership will inspire them to reach their full potential while driving Teya's growth in the market. You will also engage directly with clients to understand their needs and ensure that Teya's solutions are effectively meeting those needs.
