You have demonstrable leadership skills, whether through direct reports or by coaching and mentoring others. You thrive in environments where you can take ownership and drive results, and you have a track record of delivering outstanding commercial outcomes. You are a self-starter who is well-organized and enjoys working autonomously, balancing field-based work with office or home-based tasks. You are entrepreneurial and possess a strong bias for action, which is essential for success in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage and develop a high-performance sales team, ensuring they meet their ambitious monthly targets through effective coaching and providing clear structure and direction. You will take responsibility for signing high-priority local gems that are critical to the local customer value proposition (CVP) and coach your team to achieve this. As the business owner of the sales program KPIs and CVP metrics across all segments, you will work collaboratively with your team and others to drive improvements. You will need to have a deep understanding of your CVP in the cities you serve, ensuring that data quality is complete and actionable.
