You have a proven track record in sales management, ideally with experience in the food or delivery industry. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable navigating ambiguity. You possess strong analytical skills and can interpret data to drive business decisions. You are based in Newcastle, Middlesbrough, or Sunderland and have a deep understanding of the local market dynamics. What you'll do
In this role, you will take ownership of the Growth KPIs and CVP metrics for your cities, working closely with your sales team to drive improvements. You will lead a team of 9, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to meet their targets. You will collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to enhance selection and identify opportunities for guerrilla marketing activities. Your role will involve spending significant time in your cities, engaging with local restaurants and consumers to understand their needs and preferences. You will report to the Programme Lead, Regional Growth, and contribute to the overall strategy for the North East region. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with Deliveroo's goals, ensuring that your team is well-prepared to tackle the challenges of the marketplace.
