You are detail-oriented and have a knack for optimizing backend performance. You understand the importance of system design and are capable of leading schema design for AI-native workflows. What you'll do

As a Backend Engineer at Delve, you will own the backend systems that support our AI workflows. You will be responsible for designing data models and APIs while keeping scalability in mind. Your role will involve building and optimizing backend architecture to ensure high performance and reliability. You will collaborate closely with product engineers and AI engineers to define and implement solutions that eliminate busywork for our clients.

You will participate in fast-paced decision-making processes alongside the founding team, contributing to the development of production-ready software that is shipped weekly. Your work will directly impact the efficiency of compliance processes for hundreds of companies, helping them save valuable time and resources.
