You have a strong technical aptitude combined with business acumen, making you an ideal candidate for the Solutions Consultant role at Deposco. Your experience in supply chain management allows you to understand the unique challenges faced by clients in various industries, including consumer goods and logistics. You excel in face-to-face client interactions, ensuring that you can effectively communicate complex solutions in an understandable manner. Your analytical skills enable you to dissect business requirements and propose tailored solutions that drive success. You are comfortable with configuration, testing, and issue resolution, ensuring that implementations run smoothly and meet client expectations. You are also adaptable, willing to travel 15-30% of the time to work directly with clients on-site.
What you'll do
As a Solutions Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation of Deposcoβs Bright Suite of solutions. Your responsibilities will include configuring the software to meet specific client needs, testing enhancements, and resolving any issues that arise throughout the implementation process. You will collaborate closely with clients to analyze their business requirements and provide solutions that improve their supply chain operations. Working with analysts, you will address technical issues and ensure that the software is functioning optimally. Your role will also involve performing timely testing of client-specific enhancements to guarantee that the solutions delivered are effective and efficient. You will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their business goals by leveraging Deposcoβs innovative software solutions.
