You are a high-performing professional with a technical background in SaaS and/or Fleet Technology — you balance technical acumen with sales proficiency, enabling you to communicate complex concepts crisply and credibly to both technical and non-technical audiences. You have a strong understanding of fleet management software solutions and how they can alleviate business pain points — your ability to conduct deep technical discovery allows you to connect the dots between customer challenges and the value of Fleetio's offerings. You are passionate about technology and its potential to transform fleet operations, and you are excited to be part of a company that is leading the charge in transportation technology.

Desirable

Experience in a similar role within the fleet management or transportation technology sector is a plus — familiarity with sales processes and customer engagement strategies will enhance your effectiveness in this position. What you'll do

In this role, you will provide day-to-day product expertise during the sales process, directly interfacing with the sales team and prospective customers. You will prepare and present comprehensive platform demonstrations that showcase the capabilities of Fleetio's software solutions to large enterprises. Your responsibilities will include conducting deep technical discovery sessions to understand client needs and how Fleetio's solutions can address their specific challenges. You will work closely with the sales team to develop strategies that effectively communicate the value of our offerings, ensuring that potential clients see the benefits of partnering with Fleetio.

You will also play a key role in building relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process. Your ability to articulate complex technical concepts in an accessible manner will be crucial in helping clients understand how our solutions can improve their fleet operations.
