What you'll do
As a Senior Implementation Consultant - Payroll at Deputy, you will own the delivery lifecycle for new and existing implementations, ensuring that enterprise customers receive tailored solutions that meet their specific needs. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and develop strategies that enhance their workforce management processes.
You will collaborate with the Delivery Services team, which includes Consultants, Engineers, and Architects, to deliver high-quality implementations that drive customer success. Your role will involve not only technical implementation but also fostering strong relationships with clients to ensure they are fully supported throughout the process.
You will have the opportunity to innovate and lead initiatives that improve internal processes — your insights and suggestions will be valued as you contribute to the overall success of the team.
