What you'll do

As a Senior Implementation Consultant at Snyk, you will work closely with customers to understand their unique security needs and help them implement Snyk's solutions effectively. You will lead onboarding sessions, providing guidance on best practices and ensuring that customers can leverage the full capabilities of the Snyk platform. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer challenges and drive successful outcomes. You will also be responsible for gathering feedback from customers to inform product improvements and enhance the overall customer experience.
