Overview

HelloFresh is hiring a Head of Partnerships to oversee growth through Affiliates & Partnerships and Retail Media channels. You'll be responsible for driving performance and managing a team while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. This role requires strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Who you are

You are a sharp, curious, and ambitious professional with a strong background in partnerships and business development. You possess a commercial mindset and are data-obsessed, allowing you to identify opportunities that unlock scale. Your negotiation skills and ability to build relationships are exceptional, making you a key player in driving growth for the company.

You have experience managing teams and providing strategic direction, mentorship, and development support to your team members. You thrive in collaborative environments and can effectively communicate with cross-functional stakeholders to execute channel strategies that align with the wider business goals.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the Growth Partnership Performance, being accountable for driving and overseeing performance across Affiliates, Partnerships, and Retail Media channels. You will translate the wider business strategy into a holistic Growth Partnership strategy, focusing on growth and efficiency. Your leadership will be crucial in managing the Retail Media revenue stream, where you will build great relationships with external brands to hit revenue targets.

You will lead and scale a high-performing team, providing strategic direction and mentorship to ensure their success. Collaboration will be key as you work closely with Brand, PR, Analytics, Discounts, and Global counterparts on seasonal and ongoing campaigns. Your ability to oversee strategic partners will be essential in leading conversations that drive impactful results.
