Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on building and delivering complex systems end-to-end. Your expertise spans both frontend and backend technologies, allowing you to contribute effectively across the entire stack. You are comfortable with technical design and implementation, and you understand the importance of writing high-quality, testable code that is maintainable and performant.

You thrive in collaborative environments and are skilled at driving alignment and cross-team collaboration for projects you own. Your experience includes working on identity management systems, particularly around authentication, permissions, and team management. You are passionate about solving complex technical challenges and are eager to contribute to a product that empowers users to create and communicate their ideas effectively.

Desirable

Experience with AI-powered platforms or applications is a plus, as is familiarity with agile development methodologies. You have a track record of influencing architecture and engineering practices within teams, and you are committed to continuous learning and improvement.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the technical design, implementation, and delivery of features across all levels of the stack, particularly focusing on the Identity surface. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to prioritize the highest impact work and ensure that the features you build meet the growing needs of customers. Your responsibilities will include writing high-quality code, conducting code reviews, and mentoring junior engineers.

You will also be involved in exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance the development process and improve the overall quality of the product. As part of the Core Team, you will help shape the technical direction of the product and influence architectural decisions that impact the entire organization.
