What you'll do
As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in guiding enterprise customers through their entire journey with Dialpad. You will work closely with various teams, including Sales, Support, and Product, to ensure that customers derive measurable value from their investments in Dialpad products. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new clients, providing ongoing support, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services. You will also be responsible for monitoring customer health metrics and proactively addressing any issues that may arise.
You will collaborate with the product team to relay customer feedback and insights, helping to shape the future of Dialpad's offerings. Your role will involve regular check-ins with customers to assess their satisfaction and success, ensuring that they are fully utilizing the features and capabilities of the platform. You will also develop and deliver training sessions and resources to empower customers to maximize their use of Dialpad.
