What you'll do
As a Customer Success Manager at Contentsquare, you will handle a portfolio of enterprise customers, serving as their central point of contact throughout the entire lifecycle of their usage of our solutions. You will work closely with the Sales teams to drive renewals and identify upsell opportunities that leverage the full breadth of our platform. Your role will involve collaborating with various internal teams, including Product, Marketing, Support, and Engineering, to address any issues that may impact customer success. You will be responsible for ensuring that customers achieve their strategic business goals and realize the full value of their investment in Contentsquare.
You will engage with clients regularly to understand their needs and provide guidance on best practices for utilizing our platform effectively. Your insights will help shape the customer experience and drive satisfaction. You will also play a crucial role in onboarding new clients, ensuring they are set up for success from the start. By fostering strong relationships and providing exceptional support, you will contribute to the overall growth and success of Contentsquare in the Australian market.
