What you'll do

In this role, you will help bring learning initiatives to life, ensuring that employees have access to the resources they need for professional development. You will coordinate office operations at the San Ramon headquarters, working closely with the Sr. Manager of Employee Experience & Development. Your responsibilities will include supporting various HR programs and initiatives, facilitating communication between teams, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. You will play a key role in enhancing the overall employee experience, making sure that every conversation and interaction is meaningful.
